How does group branding work?
A group can be branded with a logo and colors. When someone creates or opens a card that belongs to the branded group, they see a small logo and a colored accent bar at the top of the page. This page explains how branding works and what happens to it in different situations.
How do I add branding to my group?
You can add it while creating the group, in the branding step, or later from the group dashboard. Upload a logo (a transparent PNG works best) and the colors are pulled from it automatically, usually two or three. You can change any color, add one, or remove one, then save.
Adding branding during creation means the invitations you send carry the logo.
Where does the branding appear?
On the card page and the delivery page for any card created within the group. The logo sits in a small chip in the top-left, and the extracted colors form a thin accent bar under the site navigation. Greetopia own header stays where it is.
Does the branding change the card design itself?
No. The template is untouched: same background, illustrations, and colors on the card. Only the container around the card, the page and its accent bar and logo chip, reflects the group brand.
Does branding appear in emails?
Yes, the group logo shows at the top of group emails such as invitations and ownership notices, so people can see which group they relate to. The email itself keeps Greetopia design, with no color takeover.
Does the PDF download include my group branding?
No. The PDF is Greetopia standard keepsake, the same for every card whether it was upgraded with group credits or paid for personally. That is on purpose, so a PDF cannot be forwarded and mistaken for something the branded company officially sent.
Can I upload any logo I want?
You must have the authority to use the logo. You agree to that when you upload, and the owner is responsible for the branding they add. If someone reports misuse, we may remove the logo.
What if the colors pulled from the logo are wrong?
Change them. Tap any color to pick a new one, add a color, or remove one you do not want. The accent bar renders whatever colors remain, so for a single-color bar you just remove the rest.
Can members change the group branding?
No, only the owner. Branding is part of the group identity and stays under the owner control.
