How does upgrading a card to premium work?

Every Greetopia card starts free. If you want extra features like a PDF download, background music, or ad-free viewing, you can upgrade for $1.99. This page explains what premium unlocks, how one-time payments work, and how credit packs save you money on multiple upgrades.

What does upgrading a card give me?

Upgrading removes the 90-day archive so the card stays forever, adds a downloadable PDF, background music, custom confetti, and voice notes, and removes ads for everyone who views it.

All of it is one-time. You pay once for that card and the features are permanent for it.

How much does it cost to upgrade one card?

It is $1.99 per card, one time. There is no subscription. Upgrade three cards and you have paid $5.97 in total. Never upgrade another and that is the last we bill you.

Why is there no monthly plan?

Because most people do not send cards often enough for a monthly plan to make sense. A one-time payment matches how the product is actually used. If you send a lot of cards, a credit pack brings the price down.

What are credit packs?

Credit packs let you buy several upgrades at once for less. Six credits cost $9.99, which works out to about $1.67 per card. Credits never expire, and you can use them on any card you create.

Can I upgrade a card after it has been delivered?

Yes. You can upgrade it after delivery, and the recipient can upgrade it too if they want to keep it forever or download a PDF. A recipient upgrade works the same way and costs the same $1.99.

Who processes payments, and how is my card handled?

Payments run through Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, so they handle VAT, sales tax, and payment security. Greetopia never sees or stores your card number.

Are upgrades and credits refundable?

Upgrades and credit packs are non-refundable. A credit is a prepaid right to upgrade a card, and an upgrade unlocks the digital features straight away, so a purchase is final once made.

Where the law gives you a refund right, that still applies, and if something went wrong with a purchase, contact support and we will help.

What is the difference between paying with a credit and paying $1.99?

Nothing on the card. The features are identical. Credits are just a cheaper way to buy in bulk. On the upgrade screen you see both options and pick whichever you prefer.
